American Express Gift Cards can be purchased at Guest Services during all mall hours. The Gift Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 and are accepted at any U.S. retail or restaurant establishment that welcomes American Express Cards ($4, $5 and $6 service fee applies, respectively).
Pets are allowed in the common area of the shopping center provided they are in a pet carrier. Complimentary dog strollers can be rented at Guest Services Monday through Friday from 10am-5pm. Individual stores must be consulted for their pet policy.
Yes. You may purchase a Gift Card online from The Mall at Short Hills website. Click on the "Gift Card" link on the home page and follow the instructions on how to order a Gift Card online.
The Mall at Short Hills Gift Card is accepted at any store* in The Mall at Short Hills and at any Taubman-managed property nation-wide. The Mall at Short Hills Gift Card can be purchased in any amount from $20-$500 at Guest Services during all mall hours ($2.50 service fee applies).
Corporate Gift Cards can be purchased through the Mall Management office, Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm ($2.50 service fee applies per card). For additional information on corporate Gift Cards, please call (973) 376-7359.

The Mall at Short Hills is easily accessible from Manhattan. Take the train from Penn Station to the Summit Train Station. From there, take the New Jersey Transit #70 bus to The Mall at Short Hills. For additional directions click here.

A Guest Service Representative can also make you a dining reservation to a restaurant that accepts reservations during your shopping trip.

There are two valet parking areas at The Mall at Short Hills. They are conveniently located just outside Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.

Our "Very Important Pacers" mall walker program allows customers to walk the shopping center Monday through Saturday from 7:30am to 10am, and 9am to 11am on Sundays. Any customers interested in joining our VIP walker program should visit Guest Services. Registration for this program is free of charge with a valid drivers license.
