Guest Service Manager ~ The Mall at Short Hills
The Mall at Short Hills, a world renown, upscale shopping center, is currently seeking a Full Time Guest Service Manager for the Guest Service Center. The primary goal of this position is to ensure that all guests receive the highest level of quality customer service that is expected from a top tier shopping center. The Guest Service Manager will direct the day to day activities and development of 8-10 guest service representatives. Ideal candidate will have management experience, high standards and enjoy working with the general public. Concierge experience is a plus.
