YellowKorner developed and advocated the concept of photography with limited and numbered prints for everyone. Yellowkorner dedicates its gallery space to the search of new talents.

    OFFER: Jul 1st - Jul 31st

YellowKorner is now showcasing a genre that is characteristic of its collection: architectural photography. Many photographers such as Franck Bohbot, Aurélien Villette, Bernard Hartmann or Matthias Haker have reappropriated highly symbolic historic edifices in order to reveal them from new and original points of view. Beyond the basic concerns of recording them for posterity, they are interested in the description and aestheticization of these sites in order to endow them with a new dimension, one that is more monumental and stylised, with the intensity of the lighting and colour also reinforcing the spectacular nature of the architecture. This ability to observe both the interior and exterior of these constructions in an original way confers a unique and captivating aspect to these key sites, from a historical, sociological and aesthetic perspective.
