A lover of the Italian landscape, Di Viccaro often returns to his native town, Castelforte, the island of Capri or the Costa Amalfitana where he paints not only the most famous sites, but also the enchanting Mediterranean alleys. His use of texture and color gives his landscapes and unparalleled vibrancy that invites the viewer into Italy's most idealic settings.

You'll learn to prepare a quiche Lorraine as well as a sweet tart that's perfect for springtime gatherings.
