American Express Gift Cards can be purchased at Guest Services during all mall hours. The Gift Cards are available in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 and are accepted at any U.S. retail or restaurant establishment that welcomes American Express Cards ($4, $5 and $6 service fee applies, respectively).

Pets are allowed in the common area of the shopping center provided they are in a pet carrier. Complimentary dog strollers for dogs weighing 20 pounds or less can be rented at Guest Services during all mall hours. Individual stores must be consulted for their pet policy.

How do I get to the shopping center from Manhattan?
The Mall at Short Hills is easily accessible from Manhattan. Take the train from Penn Station to the Summit Train Station. From there, take the New Jersey Transit #70 bus to The Mall at Short Hills.

Complimentary stroller and wheelchair rentals can be found at Guest Services, lower level near Macy's. A valid driver's license is required for rental.

The "Very Important Pacers" mall walker program allows customers to walk the shopping center Monday through Saturday from 7:30am to 10am, and 9am to 11am on Sundays. Any customers interested in joining the VIP walker program should visit Guest Services. Registration for this program is free of charge with a valid drivers license.

The Mall at Short Hills is currently seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to assist with the management of the shopping center's Guest Services Department. The primary goal of the position is to ensure that all guests receive a high level of quality service while visiting the shopping center. The Assistant Guest Services Manager will assist with directing the day-to-day activities and development of 5-6 Guest Services personnel. The ideal applicant will possess a thorough knowledge of Short Hills and the surrounding areas, as well as upcoming events, and will be able to handle all guest inquiries. Applicants must have 3-5 years of management experience.

The Mall at Short Hills is currently seeking Greeter positions for temporary help with an upcoming seasonal event. The event will take place on September 24 through October 17, 2010.
